UNIPULSE is a sensor manufacturer, providing rotary torque meters, load cells, and so on.
Our weighing indicators are widely used for configuring weighing systems like, for batch weighing machines, liquid weight fillers, packer scales, hopper scales, truck scales, constant feeders (loss-in-weight), and many more.
Also, our digital force indicators are used in combination with load cells to monitor dynamic fluctuations of pressing force in assembling operation (e.g. press-fitting and riveting) for OK or not OK evaluation of assembled products.
Rotary torque meters are new and hot-selling products, used to test quality or performance of engines, motors, and many other rotary parts and components. Load cells, weighing indicators, force indicators, and rotary torque meter are our main products, and over 50% of sales come from those products.
Our sensing technologies is applied to pressure sensors, grip force meters, multi-axis force sensors, vibration sensors, and we provide many products for assembly automation, R&D, testing, logistics, and so on, applying our accumulated knowledge on electronics, physics, computers, communications, optics, and mechanical technologies.
Direct selling (without depending on trading companies) is our primary sales approach to be a close partner for our customers. We also cover oversea market with sales office located in key countries, providing repair services and so on.
For new business, we are developing Japan's first servo motor with capability to detect torque on its output shaft, "UNISERVO." This product can be used as an actuator for a robot, improving the affinity between a man and a robot. We hope it will be one of our main products in future.
