The Jordan Vegetable Oil Factories Company LLC is considered one of the oldest vegetable oil manufacturing companies in the Middle East. It was founded in 1953 in the city of Nablus in the West Bank. In 1992, a factory for the company was established in King Abdullah II City. In 1998 the company began producing all types of vegetable oils (corn, soy, and sunflower) with the latest refining equipment and the highest quality standards The production capacity reaches 100 tons per day of ghee and oils. The company's products now reach all countries of the world, especially the Arab countries, Canada, and America, with its well-known brand (Al-Ghazal). The company employs 58 employees, including engineers specialized in the field of manufacturing and refining vegetable oils. The company also has high-tech laboratories to monitor all stages of refining and to ensure product quality.
