The Xiehe Education Group stepped onto the Primary/Secondary education stage in 2003 with the opening of its Shanghai United International School (SUIS) - Hongqiao Campus. Actively promoting the integration of Eastern and Western cultures with a unique teaching and learning model, the school quickly won a reputation for high quality education in Shanghai. There are now 13 campuses across China, each providing a cutting edge and research-based primary and secondary education to children of both Chinese and foreign families. In order to cater for the different needs of families in China, a unique Xiehe-brand curriculum was developed and implemented across SUIS’ primary and middle schools, a curriculum that is modularized for needs and provides students with increased choice as they progress through stages. Our Xiehe-brand curriculum not only meets Chinese national education requirements but also integrates Western practices and resources, providing students with global experiences and perspectives.
