Forever Hounds Trust (formerly GRWE) is the leading greyhound rescue charity in England and Wales independent of the greyhound racing industry. We are dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and homing of unwanted, abused and abandoned greyhounds and lurchers. Our vision is a day when every greyhound and lurcher is free from risk or need. From humble beginnings in the West of England, the charity now has a presence across much of the country and homes around 500 of these special dogs every year. In May 2013 we were named 'Animal Charity Team of the Year' by Petplan and the Association of Dogs and Cats Homes.
