We have a diverse client base of large Corporates, Real Estate Funds, Landowners and Developers. SILA provides Facility Management, General Contracting and Real Estate Advisory services to various sectors. In 2019, SILA ventured into Real Estate development, with a Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) focus. The Brownfield development strategy is to align with NBFCs/Funds and provide solutions on stressed situations within their portfolios. SILA’s development arm is currently constructing 500,000 sqft of Real Estate. In March 2022, SILA received approvals to launch a Real Estate fund. Leveraging our experience gained across services and projects, we plan to partner with developers providing them growth capital and relevant operating support.
