Head Impact Trauma Ltd, is a company focused on the development of a device to monitor head impact in contact sport. HIT’s vision is to become the Global leader in the head impact recognition technology, becoming the leader across multiple sporting disciplines. Aiming to provide an accessible product to all players and communities to indicate when they require medical assessment with regards to head impacts and G-force change. We have developed a strong concept of the device design that would attach to the back of the head-guard for rugby use. Other sport applications include American football and cycling. Our purpose is to enhance the ability in recognizing head impact levels in real time on the sports field. In revolutionizing the ability to recognize such an impact, HIT will be able to provide better insight to medical staff and neurologists who can use the information and data to provide a more accurate diagnosis and recommendation of treatment. In the next quarter we plan to have all website and digital channels up and running.
