We enable and deliver transformation - through the ICE 7e’s human centred design model, passing on tools and collective experience from 60plus passionate experts. Like a caterpillar to a stunning butterfly, transformation can only be unidirectional - no going back. Insight Digging into not only what people do and how they do it, we explore why people do what they do. We know it's the 'why' that is the biggest influencer to their decision making and behaviours. Co-Design We work with your target audiences to co-design and build 'people-shaped' products, services, experiences and environments. Those who create own those who own use, those who use change... Engage We know how to get people to commit. To join and create real loyalty. We evaluate what we’ve designed to further learning and understanding.
