As a business coach, I’m often quite rightly asked what qualifies me to empathise with business owners and enable them to achieve the results they need. To answer that question, let me tell you a little bit about my own background. For as long as I can remember, I wanted to run my own business, and when I saw a gap in the market I launched my first business, Indulgence Patisserie Ltd. Indulgence became a multi-million-pound operation; an award-winning family business employing 70+ staff and with supply contracts with some of the UK’s and International leading supermarkets. It sounds easy doesn’t it? 25 years as a business owner were the most rewarding, but challenging of my life and now I share those challenges and lessons with other businesses to help them towards success, resilience and profitability. Today, I am an independent Business Coach and Mentor working with clients from all industries across the South-East, sharing my experience and expertise to help businesses grow. I see business coaching as very similar in nature to coaching a professional athlete.
