The e-Government Agency is a public institution set-up by the Government of the Republic of Moldova in August 2010. The goal of the Agency’s team is to promote and support the development of technological modernization of the public sector, in the context of the e-Transformation and Public Services Modernization agendas implementation. The long term goal of this institution is to support the e-transformation of the public sector and modernization of administrative public services, through the smart and intensive use of ICT that would lead to a more efficient, transparent and connected government.
A dynamic, dedicated and highly experienced team of professionals is working towards supporting the administration to provide better services, and put the latest technologies to use so that institutions and citizens are able to interact easier and faster - digitally - with the public authorities.
In its activity, the e-Governance Agency is guided by the best international practices, working in partnership with the World Bank, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), private sector, civil society and public officials of the Republic of Moldova.
