Welcome to Casa Italia A/S Casa Italia A/S, founded in 1995, imports food ingredients from Italy for the food industry and wholesalers in Scandinavia. The founder, an Italian chef, was previously for a number of years a producer of Italian convenience food. Thereafter he started one of Denmarks´s first fresh pasta factories. The production knowledge acquired from the food industry, combined with the working knowledge of the Scandinavian market has provided the necessary tools to build the company´s structure and work ethics, which more than satisfies the possible demands the food industry can place upon know-how involving Italian products.
