The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver is a trade association representing businesses involved in the residential development, construction and remodeling industry in the eight-county metro Denver area. Members of the association include home builders, land developers and remodelers as well as trade partners including architects, mortgage lenders, interior designers, building material suppliers and subcontractors. Founded in 1942 the HBA is one of several hundred local home builders associations in the United States. The HBA is also affiliated with the Colorado Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Home Builders, which represents more than 211,000 member firms in the United States.
