Celeste is a modern, refined interpretation of the classic American Lounge & Supper Club. The multi leveled concept takes design inspiration from the building's original architects Denkmar Adler & Louis Sullivan circa 1888.
"The Pub" on the first floor serves a selection of refined small bites. The beverage program offers classic and progressive cocktails with specially selected spirits. A list of seasonable regional and international craft brews together with specially chosen wines along.
The second floor "Deco Room", a space inspired by the glamorous mood of 1920s supper clubs. Here we offer a full dining menu along with a craft cocktail program that is complex, abundant, and intricately crafted. The wine selection ranges from approachable, worldly reds to esoteric, markedly upscale champagnes and sparkling whites. The Deco Room's smart full dining program, designed to complement the extensive drink menu, is accented by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Located on the fourth floor rooftop, "The Garden" takes guests into an urban oasis overlooking the bustling River North neighborhood. A nod to the building’s past life, Victorian-style seating arrangements, Louis Sullivan tile, and ivy-covered walls aid in making the space both luxurious and whimsical, resembling Celeste’s lavish interior design and décor. Guests can look forward to vintage-inspired punch bowls and other libations ideal for outdoor mingling.
