Unified Community Connections is a private, nonprofit organization that serves, assists and advocates for children and adults with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities. Headquartered in Hunt Valley, Md., Unified Community Connections has four satellite centers throughout Maryland, enabling the organization to provide programs and services throughout the state.
