Optimize Consulting Group is a subset of Temple University’s Fox School of Business Student Professional Organization, Association for Information Systems (AIS). We are a driven group of high-performing students with a unique customer centric approach in which we develop customized solutions designed to meet the needs of our clients wide ranging challenges. We collaborate with our clients to help solve their problems and develop solutions utilising our guiding principles: Listening, Analyzing, Building, Testing and Delivering. OCG’s student teams utilize industry best practices combined with cutting edge classroom techniques to evaluate problems, plan, and implement impactful solutions. OCG’s clients base consists of non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations serving the Temple University-Greater North Broad Street, Philadelphia Community. OCG engages with clients/projects on a semester basis, meaning our projects occur in Fall and Spring 14 weeks semesters, (August to December and January to May).
