BCC Telemarketing was founded with two overriding objectives in mind.
Firstly, we wanted to elevate Telesales, Telemarketing and Call Centre services to a new level of credibility, by creating a service capable of being moulded to the clients requirements and not, as often happens, require the client to reshape the task to fit the service.
Secondly, we wanted to provide specialist creative input which guaranteed the greatest added value for the most cost effective price.
These objectives were created some years ago, but they remain the motivating force behind our services today and they contribute to that greater depth of understanding which helps to make us special.
Our teams operate from the UK, South Africa and Mauritius and cover all aspects of the contact centre industry, cementing our place as one of the leading, independent contact centres servicing the industry needs today.
