Our CARE (Customers Are Really Everything) program was founded based on Vita Group’s unwavering focus on our customers. It started life 20 years ago as a framework of customer-focused tools and activities, such as a clear sales processes, extra value-adds for customers and intensive training programs. It underpins everything we do, from our daily operating rhythm, to how we service our customers, to the way we engage with our community. Essentially it’s the way we roll!
