The services offered by TTL Associates complement CT’s professional planning, engineering, and architectural design services. Together, the added capabilities offer clients diverse services in new markets with highly specialized expertise. TTL Associates was established in 2003 under the leadership of Thomas R. Uhler, PE, and developed into a premier, full-service environmental, testing, and geotechnical engineering firm with AASHTO-certified laboratories. Those services now continue as part of CT Consultants.
