APAD will transform property management activities including access control, maintenance and work orders, package management resulting in cost and labor efficiencies and savings. The management and engineering team has experience with multiple start-ups and has launched enterprise software platforms for Sony, Thomson Reuters, Citibank and Priceline, as well as access control systems for retailers including Walmart, Target and Best Buy. The main office is based in New York City with team members across the US.
