Controlled and managed from a centralised help desk and operating 24/7, Preferred Management deploys jobs to the following trades through a managed supply chain of over 600 partners: • Gas • Electric • Locksmith • Oil • Drainage • Plumbing • Roofing • General Trades With 5 specialist site based teams in different locations including satellite offices in West Yorkshire, Leicester and Bradford, planned growth in the coming months and years will mean that the capacity will increase to in excess of 10,000 claims per month. Service delivery in the field is split between directly employed teams specialising in plumbing and gas, together with an accredited multi trade supply chain, combining to ensure that clients can rely on a mobile and responsive multi skilled workforce targeted to deliver a high ratio of first time fix. All Field Engineers work with exclusive mobile technology to ensure that our highly trained operations and customer service teams are kept in the loop with real-time site updates to include risk assessment, instant upload photographs, site notes and digital job sign-off. Upcoming improvements will include compliance with the new CDM regulations.
