AirSpace Minnesota is a nonprofit organization created to chronicle Minnesota’s great aviation and aerospace legacy, showcase today’s innovators and equip new generations with dreams and skills. Our work will educate learners of all ages about the value of skills and careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. When we celebrate these role models and achievements and explore future opportunities, we can help students see what happens when dreams and skills connect. Aviation & Aerospace – Unique Engagement Content for STEM Skills & Careers As a means to excite and engage interest, the art and science of flight hold a unique power to spark imaginations. The quest to understand and explore our place in the universe is at the heart of the human experience. Aerospace and aviation technology tools are used in many environments and support many industries. Transportation technology will be even more critical going forward, providing access to new solutions, new markets and new destinations. More broadly, preparation for this work provides learners with the building blocks to access myriad STEM-related fields, which will grow the region’s STEM workforce.
