First Degree was founded in 2011 to offer independent advice and investment management services to private clients, family offices and institutions. Our Principals have a combined fifty years of experience with investment management companies in Asia Pacific and North America. First Degree is wholly-owned by its Principals. We have not sought external ownership of our business. We believe that our ownership structure ensures the independence of our advice and investment management decisions, deepens the commitment of our Principals to the business and aligns our interests with those of our clients. We understand the obligations of acting as a fiduciary to our clients. Our Principals have spent the majority of their professional careers in fiduciary investment management businesses.
