We’re buddhists living in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and we’re aligned with the international Triratna Buddhist community. Our centre in Inverness is the focal point of our activities, which include classes in meditation, buddhism, mindfulness, yoga and more. We also run weekend retreats and practice days, and we have an extensive collection of books about buddhism for loan or purchase.
