HaSalon comes to New York from Chef Eyal Shani, a renowned Israeli chef with over 50 restaurants and counting worldwide. As the group's signature restaurant, HaSalon offers a tranquil fine dining experience during the early part of the evening, with a later seating that builds in energy until the dining room is transformed into a full-blown celebration of life and food.
Our kitchen specializes in fresh, seasonal vegetables alongside homemade pasta, homemade bread, a variety of seafood, and unique meat dishes designed to share. Our chefs work in an open kitchen, making the overall vibe of the kitchen (and having fun) integral to the vibe of the dining room and the overall dining experience.
