In terms of leasing we have more than 50,000 m2 of residential space and more than 270,000 m2 of non-residential space. We own one of the largest warehouse/production complexes in Prague, with an area on the order of 100,000 m2 of warehouses and production space and 20,000 m2 of offices, in the immediate vicinity of the Zličín metro station.
