HELP Logistics AG, a subsidiary of the foundation, specializes in humanitarian logistics, offering advice and support to government institutions and aid organizations globally. The Kühne Foundation is also significantly involved in medical projects. In Davos, Switzerland, it operates a medicine campus with major research programs in allergology and cardiology and manages the Hochgebirgsklinik. Since 2023, the foundation has expanded its focus to include climate initiatives by developing and implementing logistics-focused solutions to accelerate the transition to a just, low-carbon society by reducing emissions, removing carbon, and strengthening resilience. In the cultural arena, the Kühne Foundation supports prestigious festivals, opera houses, and concert halls across various European countries.
