Our aims are to work with clients to support them with: building a sustainable business adapting their organisations in response to changing circumstances - internally and externally reaching and engaging specific community sectors to address social problems sourcing and accessing funding to fulfill their aims/ambitions creating a healthy and productive work place We’ll do this by delivering: skills based training to teams and individuals conceiving of and developing projects, plans and programmes of work interrogating and reviewing strategies coaching individuals and teams and overseeing project/plan delivery Between us, we have a wealth of experience in business planning, bringing to life and managing far-reaching public engagement initiatives and developing and implementing adventurous cross-sector projects.
