Based in LaGrange, Ga., West Georgia Health provides health care services to residents of west Georgia and east Alabama. West Georgia Health’s flagship, West Georgia Medical Center, is a 276-bed, full service hospital. In addition to the medical center, the health system includes a 150-bed skilled nursing facility (Florence Hand Home); 112-bed skilled nursing facility (Twin Fountains Home); cancer treatment center (Enoch Callaway Cancer Clinic); heart clinic (West Georgia Heart Clinic) and 16-bed hospice facility (Hospice LaGrange). West Georgia Health also operates outpatient facilities for occupational medicine (West Georgia WORX), laboratory and rehabilitation services (West Georgia Outpatient Rehabilitation and Laboratory Services, and wound care (West Georgia Health Wound Care), as well as a home hospice service (West Georgia Hospice) and home health service (West Georgia Home Care) that serves Harris, Heard, Meriwether and Troup counties.
