Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation (YHFF) is a local charity with the mission to support Opportunities for Young People in collaboration with its Members, Partners and Supporters.
It was formed on the back of Government cuts to funding, organisations going out of existence and expertise leaving the sector to find work. Through our work we will empower ages 0-25 to be all that they want and all that they need to be with the aim of achieving equality for all young people who live, learn, work or play in the in Borough.
Services we offer are supporting income generation (individually and collectively), offering training for Staff & Volunteers, identifying chances organisational development, giving grants, information and providing networking opportunities. Our work is concentrated around the following themes Employability, Education, Healthier Lifestyles, Mental Health and Youth Justice. The choice of these themes has been informed by the Youth Partnership Report, Hammersmith and Fulham Make Your Mark Results and the LBHF Youth Council Manifesto 2017/18. We are a new charity but hold impact monitoring and evaluation in high regard and are confident we will be able to justify our means
