We are the instrument in strengthening the communities of immigrants and refugees. Build by a team of professionally skilled counselors, social workers, mediators, and paralegal experts. FACTR is a 501 (c)3, not-for-profit public benefit corporation of California. We have three constituencies: - Immigrant and refugee families. - Professional from fields of Mental Health, Social Work, Law, Education and Education.
