Land and Houses USA Inc., a commercial real estate investment company, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Land and Houses Public Company (Thailand). Since its inception, the Company has invested over $700 million in commercial properties. The portfolio currently contains multifamily residentials as well as limited-service hotels. Current geographic focus for investment is along the US West Coast with particular interest in gateway cities and economic hubs.
