To promote ethical business practices, BBB provides these FREE services: - BBB Business Profiles: Business reports containing a company's background, complaint record, relevant government actions, BBB Accreditation status and rating. - Advertising Review: BBB investigations of advertisements that appear to violate regulations, standards, and/or BBB's Code of Advertising - Dispute Resolution: A free BBB service that utilizes mediation and arbitration to resolve buyer-seller disputes, facilities by unbiased third parties. - Public Relations/Media Alerts: Notifications of current scams, consumer or business issues, and other relevant information, with the purpose to protect and educate the general public.
