ASL was established in 1979 and has been growing throughout the years to become one of the leading experts in supplying specialised military aircraft spare parts; sourcing and repairing equipment and components. Our head office is located in Horsham, West Sussex with supporting facilities in Partridge Green (West Sussex), Crawley (West Sussex) and Charlwood (Surrey). Our UK location’s provide good transport infrastructure links to London Gatwick Airport and London Heathrow Airport. We have international offices and personnel to serve our global customers in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, United States, Europe and South America. We specialise in providing legacy support and solving obsolescence issues with a portfolio of active contracts with the End Users who continue to operate legacy equipment including the Sea King and Lynx aircraft. Our services extend to maintenance organisations who are undertaking MRO activities; Depth Maintenance and upgrade activity for the End User and our range of support extends from washers to complete engines and gearboxes, giving a depth of support that aids with the mitigation against obsolescence issues. Over the past decade we have amassed a wide inventory for legacy platforms which includes the Royal Australian Navy Sea King Fleet and spares; QinetiQ Sea Kings and Lynx together with supporting spares; the Belgian Airforce Sea King excess Inventory; UKMoD excess airframes and spares in order to support the End Users and MRO facilities. On top of this wide inventory, we have also expanded our repair and overhaul workshop capabilities for mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical equipment. We are proud to now be able to provide repair and overhaul capability for over 100 lines. By combining our inventory and repair capability we aim to provide a high-quality remainder of life solution for the End Users until the final out-of-service date for their equipment.
