The services we provide are creating online material, delivering education online with our Virtual Learning Environment, lead generation, instructional design, call centre support and student services. We use a blend of digital marketing and an extensive international network of recruitment agents to generate leads for our partnership programmes. We are flexible with our services such as with curriculum development, either taking existing material that has been developed by our partners, or developing new material to be converted to an online format and approved for delivery.
Key to our operations is our understanding of Higher Education validation, governance and quality assurance issues related to the successful delivery of the awards of institutions. Our Quality Assurance Office is responsible for communicating the latest guidance regarding European and UK standards for Flexible and Distributed Learning and works effectively with partners to ensure programmes meet the latest incarnations of subject benchmarks as well as any relevant professional body guidance.
