Feature 1: Creation of never seen before light measurement equipment We develop and manufacture the optimal equipment upon understanding the specifications and performance of the light source. Moreover, not only do we look to improve the functionality of the equipment itself, we aim to obtain highly accurate measurement results with no compromise through achieving a system balance with a high dimension when combined with other equipment. Feature 2: World's first! 2D Color Temperature Tester LCC-900 - Rare crystallization of technology We have equipped a camera that covers the wide range XYZ full-color spectrum that could not be captured with conventional RGB cameras. This makes it possible to measure and evaluate chromaticity, color temperature and light intensity through instantaneous batch imaging of modular LEDs without the scan operation. Moreover, this achieves high-speed and highly accurate quality determinations, classification and sorting without impairing the in-line productivity by combining with a handler. Feature 3: Partnership with Sensing Instruments in China China is the world's number one LED production country. We are now in partnership with Sensing Instruments which is led by Professor Tongsheng Mou of Zhejiang University that trends heavily toward the state-of-the-art of light measurement technologies in this China. We have set up a development system and maintenance system that enables us to respond to all the needs of our customers through joint research on products and technological exchanges. OptCom have been developing, manufacturing and selling next-generation light measurement equipment and optical-related equipment since our establishment in 2000. We are committed day and night to developing better products with our business principles of "enriching people's lives through the optical industry." In recent years, rapid advancements have been made in the popularization and penetration into the market of next-generation lighting, including LEDs. It is precisely because of this that there is a necessity to manage the quality of "light" that is brought about by this next-generation lighting in order for us to live safely and in comfort. We believe the light measurement technology that enables this is indispensable. It is clear that in the future "light" will expand and develop into a "functional light source." This "light" will then become an essential tool for us human beings to engage in even more comfortable lives, such as in terms of the creation of new energies, medical applications and the growth of plants. We at OptCom will continue to provide technologies which accurately measure and evaluate this light that has infinite potential. Product 1: Spectrometer OCM-510 This product comes equipped with a high performance Czerny-Turner spectrometer and achieves high wavelength resolution and high wavelength accuracy while still having a compact size. At the same time, this product has adopted a high precision and high sensitivity line sensor for its detector, so this is the perfect spectrometer for measurements that require high speeds. Moreover, because a light guide fiber system has been adopted for the spectrometer input, it is possible to handle this product extremely easily. Product 2: 2D Color Temperature Tester LCC-900 This is a system that directly acquires the XYZ full-color spectrum that cannot be imaged in RGB images both instantaneously and with the same measurement time. This device makes batch acquisition possible instead of scanning the surface light source (e.g. LED lighting) and realizes in-line evaluation, judgment and selection at high speeds and with high accuracy through a combination with a handler. The temperature measurement items are chromaticity (x and y), light intensity (mcd) and color temperature (K). Product 3: Total Luminous Flux Measurement System This system makes it possible to measure light sources with a light distribution of 2pi and 4pi that is in compliance with LM-78 and LM-79 as defined in the LED Lighting Measurement Standards of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) by adopting an integrating sphere of our own design and coating (internal reflective surface). Furthermore, self-absorption calibration and spectral sensitivity calibration is possible through the measurement method conforming to JIS C8152 as calibration functions. Product 4: Goniophotometer This device allows for the stable measurement of light distribution in both the vertical and horizontal direction in all angles without tilting the light source through the adoption of a movable reflector. It is possible to have C-gamma coordinate system photometry that satisfies the requirements of the IESNA LM-79-08 US Energy Star Standards that relate to the CIE 70 recommended structure and the electrical/optical properties of LED lighting for the JIS C8105-5 Standards. This is suitable for measuring the spatial light intensity distribution and other photometric parameters of floodlights, road lighting and indoor lighting with a system in which the light source is fixed and a reflector then rotates around this. Moreover, it is also possible to set up a photometric detector and chromaticity detector so the non-uniformity of photometry and chromaticity can be measured. Product 5: Light Biological Safety Measurement and Evaluation System This is a system that measures and evaluates the various impacts (e.g. risks and damage) on the human body by the light sources and luminous bodies of infrared rays, visible rays and ultraviolet rays through a measurement method based on a special equipment system and IEC62471. This is a product from Sensing Instruments which is led by Professor Tongsheng Mou who is the driving force of IEC62471 and our firm is scheduled to import and sell this system as the general distributor in Japan. Product 6: Light Source Powered Spectrometer LSCM This product performs the high-speed measurement of online electrical properties and optical properties in synchronization with the control signals of the inline inspection system during the production of LEDs. This product then feeds back the judgment information to the system based on the measurement results. This device comes equipped with various functions: Power supply to the target, inspection and measurement of electrical properties and optical properties according to the application conditions, measurement preparation to perform automatic contact judgments and polarity judgments, and pre-registration of inspection conditions and judgment conditions.
