C-K has a solid reputation for successfully performing for over fifty years as mechanical contractors and engineers involved in the installation and maintenance of process piping and mechanical facilities in the plumbing, process piping, and air conditioning industry. Our company was founded in 1961 and is comprised of 25 employees at our Clifton New Jersey office; with our field installation forces varying in size based on project demands. We have the capability to perform work as designers and mechanical contractors on a design-build, turnkey-basis or to work within the more traditional plans-and-specifications structure. Our corporate resumé includes all phases of process piping, heating, plumbing and air conditioning - from standard commercial office buildings, to strict temperature and humidity HVAC systems found in data center room applications. Our company maintains all required State plumbing licenses and credentials. In addition to our mechanical contracting facility in Clifton, we maintain a service division, which offers 24-hour service and replacement parts for eleven major manufacturers. Our technicians are factory authorized with ongoing factory training. All C-K service technicians, steamfitters, and plumbers are members of the AFL-CIO.
