The SoulFisher Ministries is an organization that responds to the needs of youth with incarcerated parents and promotes restorative justice for those currently or formerly incarcerated. We accomplish our mission by providing free after school tutoring and enrichment for students, in the Riverview Gardens School District, who have an incarcerated parent or are performing 2 -3 grade levels below Grade Level Expectations (GLEs). We also provide reentry programs and service for currently and formerly incarcerated women. These program and services include financial literacy, career readiness, Identity and Courage for Life classes, and supportive housing with wraparound services.
