The Strategic Improvement Company (SIC), comprised of two principals and several associates, delivers training and consultation to support staff and managers in business, educational institutions and social services to maintain their personal safety, reducing conflict and potentially violent confrontations.
(SIC) also performs facility security audits, security process audits, threat assessments and risk reviews.
Between them, principals Steve Hall and Gordon Mack Scott have more than 60 years experience working in government, social services and the private sector, supplying leadership, teaching/coaching,investigation, community engagement strategies and community safety services.
