Our long-term care facility in Erwin, TN provides specialized compassionate care for aging loved ones in Unicoi, Carter, and Washington Counties, and Johnson City. Our skilled nursing services include a specialized Alzheimer’s Dementia Unit to assist residents with memory, communication, focus, attention, reasoning, judgment, and visual perception.
