Using our proprietary Three Barriers model, we conduct a diagnostic to understand where changes will have the greatest impact. Strategies are designed collaboratively to dismantle barriers, create support structures and ensure that solutions are able to thrive within the ethos and structure of your organisation.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES FOR WOMEN
Our programmes typically run over 6-12 months and target the areas that make the biggest difference to women - and which are not usually covered in traditional leadership development programmes, such as authentic leadership, building a strategic network, navigating power and politcs, dealing with Imposter Syndrome, and visibility.
BREAKTHROUGH COACHING FOR WOMEN
We specialise in helping women reach their career aspirations. Whether that be achieving a C-suite role in the future, hitting the ground running after a promotion, or helping to return to the workforce after parental leave. We offer both 1-to-1 executive coaching as well as powerful group coaching circles.
