PCA started out as a one person company doing appraisals. After HVCC PCA Appraisal Management, Inc. was created.
Why? quite simple our owner got tired of being paid such low wages and treated like a second hand customer by the new companies called AMCs. So, rather than complain about it, to date we make sure our appraisers get paid the fees in accordance with their local markets.
While the company has grown leaps and bounds, we still hold true to some basic principles
• Communication: We are to be pro-active in our communications with all client representatives (Processor/LO/AE/etc.).
• Respect: Respect all parties as we would want to be treated. We are clients too, so we know what you need and want.
• Timeliness: If we tell our client an order is going to be delivered on a specific date, then we are to make sure the work is delivered.
• Knowledge: We don’t ask anyone to do something we cannot or would not do.
We believe in treating our appraisers and clients as people and will always make every effort to maintain strong relationships with them.
