Mass Teacher Resources' mission is to secure and distribute school supplies at no cost to teachers. We believe that when teachers are well-supported and genuinely appreciated, they can create the best possible educational experience for their students. Mass Teacher Resources envisions a future where every teacher in a Title 1 elementary school throughout the Greater Boston region has equitable access to the supplies and resources they need to create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students. Teachers know best what they require to be effective teachers and how to stock their classroom. When teachers are well-supported and appreciated, they are better prepared to teach and they can focus on other projects, rather than just what supplies are lacking. Plain and simple, Mass Teacher Resources trusts teachers. So as long as there are teachers burdened with out of pocket expenses for classroom supplies, MTR will be there to provide those resources.
