When placing your vacancy with us, you can expect the following: • One of our team will take full job specification. • Your vacancy will be compliantly advertised on our website, job boards and local media. • We will keep you updated at every stage of the recruitment process. • All applications will be pre-screened to ensure that you only see suitably qualified candidates. We will not dictate the recruitment process. We work with you to ensure that our processes wrap around yours. If you are short on meeting rooms, we would be more than happy for you to use one of our air conditioned rooms for your interviews. We make a great cuppa and have been known to have a box of biscuits (or two) in the cupboard. For those clients that require it, we offer a 24 hour a day service, 7 days a week to ensure that we are on hand to cover any eventualities.
