The late Michael McHale Snr first established the business in 1952. McHale Plant Sales Ltd was subsequently incorporated in 1994 to distribute Komatsu construction equipment in Ireland which remains its core product. The company has proceeded, over the years, to sign national distribution agreements with several other leading brands of mobile equipment.
