Big Brothers Big Sisters creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. In WNY, we have been matching caring adults with local children for 50 years and have impacted the lives of over 12,000 youth. At the conclusion of the 2018-2019 school year, of the children matched in our program: 95.6% maintained or showed improvement in their school grades. 88.7% showed improvement in the area of attitude toward school.
