Nasdaq Dubai is the international stock exchange between Western Europe and East Asia. It welcomes issuers from around the world as well as the Middle East and provides access to both regional and international investors. With the GCC's widest product range, the exchange currently lists equities, equity derivatives, structured products, Sukuk (Islamic bonds) and conventional bonds. Investors can trade on Nasdaq Dubai through a unique mix of regional and international brokers.   The majority shareholder of Nasdaq Dubai is Dubai Financial Market (DFM), which owns two thirds of the shares. Borse Dubai owns one third of the shares.   Nasdaq Dubai is located in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), a financial free zone. The exchange is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
