Created in 1947, MMM is an international, apolitical and non denominational NGO, with General Consultative Status to the United Nations.
WHAT DOES MMM DO?
MMM advocates to promote laws and measures improving the life of mothers, allowing them to play their full role in their family and in the society. MMM suggests solutions on topical issues concerning mothers.
MMM communicates about mothers with policy-makers and the general public to raise awareness about their essential role as first educators of their children and as crucial stakeholders for their societies and for most development projects.
MMM supports and mobilises mothers throughout the world by federating and coordinating a network of member associations working at grassroots level. MMM represents its member associations at international level, highlights their activities and ensures the exchange and spread of good practices.

- Mothers and Peace
WHERE DOES MMM WORK?
MMM has representatives at the United Nations (in New York and Geneva) and at the European Union in Brussels.
MMM has branches in France (MMM France), in Belgium (MMM Belgium), in Lebanon (MMM Lebanon)
MMM has member associations in many countries and keeps expanding its network.
