The Competition Protection Agency "CPA" is an independent administrative body established in the State of Kuwait by enacting law no. 10 of 2007, and is responsible for promoting and protecting a pro-competitive regulatory environment through enforcement of the competition law specifically through competition advocacy, merger control as well as cartel and antitrust enforcement.
