Established in 2006, MAXMETAL offers its expertise in the design and manufacturing of returnable steel packaging (racks and stillages), customized plastic boxes, textile packaging, steel trolleys and dollies. All the products we manufacture are specially designed and tailored for our customers' requirements, who constantly need to improve the productivity and operating expenses, by optimizing the loading- unloading time and by reducing the handling, packaging and transport costs. Furthermore, we help our customers to improve the traceability of the packaging and products by supplying long-lasting bar-code labels. Our workshop is located in Rotbav / Brasov (Romania), with direct access to one of the main national and European road – DN13 / E60. The total surface of our modern production plant covers approximate 2000 sqm. Next to our workshop we have 3000 sqm storage capacity and there is plenty of room for further expansion (another 6000 sqm). At this moment, our production plant is split into three divisions: - Metalwork production plant for steel packaging; - Textile production plant for textile packaging; - Assembly line for steel and textile packaging, but also for customized plastic boxes. With a view to constantly improving the quality of our products, MAXMETAL made considerable investment in professional tools and equipment like: sheet metal processing equipment for bending, traditional and laser cutting, pipes processing equipment for traditional cutting and bending, welding equipments, spray painting and CNC lathe and drilling machines. The next step in our investment strategy is to robotize part of our welding process for better delivery terms of large serial production.
