Safecast is global organization providing access to open sensor network data, software and hardware. We are currently focused on monitoring radiation levels in Japan in the wake of the 3/11 Tohoku earthquake and Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear emergency. We are building a comprehensive network of geiger counters and providing education to the public on their use.
