Founded in 1981, we are a not-for-profit organisation providing great value rented accommodation to start-ups, scale-ups, small and medium-size businesses. Our model of an all-inclusive monthly licence fee is tailored to minimise business risk, with no long-term commitment and a full range of support services that have been delivered to over 900 businesses for the last 40 years.
